intelligence collection and knowledge update. Higher Education Press (HEP)
aims to serve the educational and sci-tech innovation and the development of
human civilization, and will make even greater efforts to provide the latest
and most valuable cultural products for researchers, educators and students
in the educational and sci-tech fields, dedicating for building a
first-class sci-tech environment, strengthening the capacity of the sci-tech

Founded in 2004, the Division of Graduate Education & Academic Works
(Overseas Resources) of HEP mainly focuses on bringing out the high level
academic works and graduate teaching materials. The publications will
introduce the newly research progress both at home and abroad, which
includes the achievements on fundamental and applied researches in various
fields. We will provide the options for the scholars and experts to publish
their works in different language versions such as Chinese and English, and
different medias like paper, electronic and network bases. The publications
will serve as reference for researchers, teachers and graduates.
