摘要:The GenomeLab gene expression profiler genetic analysis system (GeXP) is a novel analytical platform for multiplexed detection and quantitation of up to 35 genes in a single analysis.Each primer is designed with gene-specific and universal sequence.The fluorescence capillary electrophoretic separation is used to compare and analyze the expression levels of PCR products.This article mainly introduces the foundation of GeXP technology as well as its application in cancer research.
