摘要:Diabetic nephropathy is the main reason of the end stage renal failure and endanger human health seriously.Effective treatment of diabetic nephropathy is in an urgent demand.In recent years, we confirmed the good effect of TCM on diabetic nephropathy by evidence based medicine method.We also explored the treatment mechanism of TCM on diabetic nephropathy from overall level, cellular level and molecular level and found that both single herb and Chinese herbal compound can treat diabetic nephropathy by multiple targets control.TCM may become one of the effective methods for treating diabetic nephropathy.This paper will review the advances in this research field of recent years and provide references for future researches.
