The International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Applications (ICIRA) is one of the international conferences in the field of robotics. It was initiated by Youlun Xiong, Han Ding, and other scholars. It has been successfully held for thirteen sessions and has become an important and influential international conference in the field of robotics.
　　ICIRA 2021 will be held in Yantai, Shandong, China, from August 6 to 8, 2021. The conference will be hosted by Tsinghua University, jointly hosted by Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Shandong University, YEDA Administrative Commission, Yantai University, and IFToMM China-Beijing, organized by Yantai Tsingke+ Research Institute (http://www.tsingkejia.com.cn). 　　The conference with a theme on “Make Robots Infinitely Possible” offers a unique and constructive platform for scientists and engineers. The honorary chair of the conference is Prof. Youlun Xiong, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, an authoritative expert in the field of visual measurement and robotics, and a distinguished professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China. The general chair of the conference is Prof. Xinjun Liu, who is a winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund of China, a winner of “Cheung Kong” Chair Professor, and a tenured professor of Tsinghua University. The programm chair is Prof. Jingjun Yu from Beihang University, China.
　　The conference covers keynote reports, special invitation reports, oral reports, and posters. This conference aims to promote the development of global robotics technology and applications. The conference will invite international experts in robotics and application fields to give keynote reports and invitation reports.

　　All accepted papers of ICIRA 2021 will be indexed by EI, and the excellent papers will be recommended to the following four journals: Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering (SCI)；Frontiers of Mechanical Engineering (SCI); International Journal of Intelligent Robotics and Applications (EI); International Journal of Humanoid Robotics (SCI).

　　智能机器人与应用国际会议（ICIRA）是机器人领域的国际会议之一，由熊有伦、丁汉院士等学者发起，到目前为止已连续成功举办了十三届，已经成为机器人领域具有重要影响力的国际学术会议。

　　本届会议大会主题为“让机器人无限可能”。会议荣誉主席由中国科学院院士，视觉测量与机器人领域权威专家，华中科技大学教授熊有伦担任。大会主席由“国家杰青”、“长江学者”、清华大学长聘教授刘辛军担任，大会程序委员会主席由北京航空航天大学于靖军教授担任。会议内容包括主旨报告、特邀报告、口头报告、海报展示等环节。本次会议旨在推动全球机器人技术与应用的发展，将邀请国际机器人和应用领域的知名专家作大会主题报告以及各个分会场做特邀报告。
　　本次会议的征文主题包括（但不限于）：（1）机器人学、（2）自动化、（3）机电一体化、（4）机器人应用。ICIRA 2021所有录用论文将被EI收录，部分优秀论文经扩展后推荐到如下四个期刊：Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering（机械工程学报英文版，SCI源刊）；Frontiers of Mechanical Engineering（中国工程院主办，SCI源刊）；International Journal of Intelligent Robotics and Applications（EI源刊）；International Journal of Humanoid Robotics（SCI源刊，要求论文围绕Humanoid Robotics主题）。
